This is not a quick fix for any medical problems,this is what worked for me and my wife Vanessa of 22 years , not to long ago I was sixty pounds over weight , I did not liked walking past mirrors at all so I decided to loss weight and get myself into tip top shape. So me and my wife came up with a wonderful running/weight training program, which was very simple exercise for 30-40 minutes per day everyday regardless of whatever is going on stop,and drop everything and take care of yourself now! We give ourselves a lot of leadway as far as what we do during this time for example one day we may go bike riding next day maybe jogging,then weight training the next ,and we have great results such as looking and feeling younger, being in a much more positive frame of mind. I don’t think a person knows how much happier they are when they love the way they look,or at least I did not realize I would much happier I’d be after losing sixty pounds, being always being told by family and friends, how much younger I look. so any way here’s the perfect workout for anyone who ever had trouble losing weight.
#1 commit yourself to working out daily every day seven days per week
#2 don’t be hard on yourself if you forget or just don’t feel up to it ,forgive yourself

Companies and employers tend to have problems dealing with or acknowledging that they have employees who have mental health problems. This situation can often lead to employees hiding their conditions, which only makes them worse.

Work is bad for a person’s mental health. Okay, that may not be necessarily true. However, there are certain situations and events in the workplace that can stress a person’s mental health. These events can get even worse when the employee in question is already suffering from some sort of mental illness. It is not entirely uncommon for people with mild psychological disorders to hide their illness. This is because of the fear and anxiety they feel because of the possibility they might lose their job because of their problem. Mental health issues also tend to be misconceived as being easy to spot. This results in employers who ignore the subtle signs that their secretary has an anxiety disorder, or that the guy that works late on Fridays has dissociative identity disorder.

The core problem here lies in the misconceptions people have about mental health. Most people view having good mental health as being outgoing and being a good worker. The perception also includes traits like being socially extroverted and having good morale. However, these qualities may be present can also be present in someone who has a mental health condition. The popular misconception that those with compromised mental health are serial killers and psychopaths causes most people to simply go into denial that some of their employees have a problem. This denial may even extend to the employee in question, rendering him incapable of recognizing the problem and seeking appropriate treatment.

Another problem lies in the fact that people tend to think the problem will just “go away.?The common idea among employers and employees is that a problem with mental health will fade in time. However, mental illnesses are long-term problems that require treatment. They are not mood swings or emotional phases that will eventually give way to the person’s normal state of mind. This misconception can result in someone’s damaged mental health being effectively ignored for prolonged periods. This may result in the problem getting worse and affecting the person’s ability to work properly. In such cases, termination is prescribed to deal with the problem, rather than helping the employee get proper treatment.

The negative stigma of having a mental health disorder also makes it difficult for employees to admit to having them. Even if the employee is of such skill that she is irreplaceable, most companies would rather release her than continue to employ a “risk.?The desire to hold on to a job can result in much more than simply hiding one’s mental condition. For some cases, the fear and anxiety of losing a job can force them to attempt to ignore their problem or suppress it. Often, these situations end badly, with the problem simply getting worse over time. In some extreme cases, this sort of behavior has been linked to workplace violence. The links are not definitive, but the argument does carry some merit.

It does not help that most companies and bosses simply do not have the procedures in place to handle a worker that has some minor mental issues. Most companies will refuse to hire someone who is taking medication for a disorder or has had a history of mental illness. Bosses will either ignore the signs or will be unable to actually interpret them for what they are. Employees tend to actively deny that they have a problem, for fear of being terminated. These problems will continue until the negative stigma on mental illness is lifted and companies are better equipped to deal with these issues.

More and more people are experiencing the problem of worrying too much, even though there is no actual reason to do so. This has been pointed out by some as a motivational tool, but experts say that this can cause permanent mental health damage, as well as have effects on a person’s physical well-being.

Picture waking up in the middle of the night, terrified that something is going to happen, even though your wife is comfortably asleep beside you, your daughter is tucked away in bed, you just got promoted, and your finances are at their most stable in years. Moments that cause undue fear and anxiety such as this, according to statistics, are actually on the increase, even as the quality of the average person’s standard of living seems to be going up.

Things like fear and anxiety are natural reactions that humans revert to whenever they are threatened in any sense, whether physically, emotionally, or otherwise. Fear is a natural response for any number of things that can occur in everyday life. It usually manifests when there is a threat or a perceived threat, but more and more people are experiencing fear that has no cause. This is not like the phobia, which needs to be triggered by something that had caused the person some form of trauma in the past, but something that may be much worse. More and more people are admitting that, despite the lack of any real causes for such concern and worry, they can’t stop themselves from feeling as if something is going horribly, horribly wrong.

A number of people are starting to show signs of having unfounded worries and concerns, oftentimes even after explaining to themselves that there is nothing to worry about. Most people can understand feelings of anxiety when there is some sort of problem on the horizon. People psychologically expect things to happen when there are signs that point to such a thing happening, but that doesn’t explain why more and more people are starting to have bouts with anxiety when there is nothing wrong with things as they are. As previously mentioned, this undue worrying can sometimes compound on the problem already, making things seem worse than they actually are.

According to some psychologists, people have conditioned themselves to expect a “drop?whenever life is good, reflecting the way a roller coaster ride works. This “what goes up, must come down?mentality is sometimes seen by some as a good way to soften the blow if (or when) a major negative event occurs. However, psychologically speaking, it doesn’t do diddly-squat and, what’s worse, it actually can prevent someone from enjoying the positive things in life. The fact that this problem doesn’t really need any sort of concrete or special trigger (even just waking up in the middle of the night for no reason can cause a fit of worrying) just makes it that much harder to deal with.

Some people welcome the worrying and the uncertainty that this brings, seeing it as some sort of twisted motivator to get things done and make sure everything is in place. However, this is not advisable because it can do untold damage to one’s psychological and physiological well-being. Some extreme cases show that engaging in this too much can result in a number of mental health disorders, not the least of which is paranoia. Also notable is the fact that people who worry so much tend to visit the doctor more often than people who are generally calm and relaxed.

There’s a new trend in your kids’ classrooms nowadays. Instead of staring at the board in front, the kids are lying on the floor near their desks practicing yoga. According to fourth-grade teacher Elisabeth Beckwith, she wanted her students at Fernbank Elementary School in Decatur, Georgia, to pay attention to a lesson on Greek mythology. Linking the symbols of Greek gods to yoga poses, such as dog position and the stork pose, Beckwith has high hopes that the students will better retain the material and be re-energized in the middle of the day. It’s a fun way for them to think about things,Beckwith said. You know, it’s healthy for them because they’re getting the breathing right and getting the stretching right.
It’s fun, said nine-year old Jack Besser. It gets out the cramps after you’ve been sitting for an hour.
Another pupil, Medha Prakash, said that the yoga drills help her to concentrate. It makes me feel calm, relaxed and it gets all the stress out of me.

Two years ago, Beckwith started offering yoga in the classroom. with the help of other teachers at the suburban Atlanta public school. YogaKids International, an Indiana-based company, gives them instructions and distributes teaching materials to more than 50 schools around the country. These materials are large flash cards with kid-friendly poses that are easy for the students to imitate. Teachers hole them up to show the kids and read aloud the step-by-step instructions written on the back of the flashcards.
Aside from incorporating yoga into their lesson plans, physical education classes have incorporated the practice throughout the day to instill discipline. If you say you’re going to do yoga with the kids, they just immediately start focusing.said PE teacher Katie Bashor.
Deep breathing and basic yoga are taught to the students at their desks, from kindergarten through fifth grade, in order to cope with stress and anxiety that may occur before taking tests. School guidance counselor June Neal isn’t bothered about criticism that may be hurled at the school for taking away precious time from studying and learning to be spent on stretching and meditation. Neal believes that there’s more to elementary school that just reading, writing, and arithmetic. He has seen a measurable difference among the students, such as an improvement in test scores and test-taking skills due to a decrease in stress level after yoga routines. Neil added, You do need some down time… you do need some way to express yourself and to reduce anxiety that comes along with being in school.
According to Dr. Andrew Weil, anxiety and stress are some of the biggest reasons why young students get sick at the start of the fall semester. I think parents underestimate how stressful going back to school is, he said. I think it’s as stressful as a grown-up starting a new job.
Weil believes that stressed-out kids may complain of stomach pain or a headache instead of dealing with a stressful situation at school. He recommends training children to do simple deep-breathing techniques, just as adults do, to help with stress management.

The conventional wisdom that says that office workers don’t have to worry about their health is completely wrong, with more and more medical professionals noting just how bad for one’s health office conditions can be.
